CARES CPRC (Community, Advocacy, Resources, Empowerment, Support) provides free support and training in English and Spanish for families of infants, children, and youth with disabilities from birth to age 26.
Our Mission
California Hands & Voices’ CARES CPRC is dedicated to empowering families of children and young adults with disabilities through respectful, parent-driven support.
We help families navigate special education and service systems, offering the resources, networks, and advocacy tools they need to help their children grow into confident, independent adults.
